I’ve had my fair share of life changing experiences and four coaching sessions with the exceptionally gifted Corrina Gordon-Barnes certainly ranks amongst them.

Why did I opt for coaching? I was stuck in a rut. I’d just returned to work after several months of illness to find the job I loved being undertaken by someone else. My values seemed to clash with the company’s, I didn’t seem to belong anywhere and everything I’d worked for seemed to be in tatters. Above all, there was an overwhelming sense of frustration that I couldn’t get anyone to really listen.

Then I came across Corrina. Life has a way of guiding us when we need it the most. After some hesitation, I took the plunge. It has been one of the most amazing experiences. If people had told me that four coaching sessions would have such a major impact on my life, I wouldn’t have believed them.

It hasn’t been an easy process; some fairly big issues have come up for me – but Corrina is always there as a friendly and supportive person to lean on. It’s been a rollercoaster ride so far but this is infinitely preferable to spinning round and round on a merry go-round.

I’ve now lost count of the number of people who stop me to tell me how well I look and that my old sparkle has returned. More importantly, I’ve rediscovered who I am and truly amazing things are beginning to happen.

If any of this touches a chord with you then I’d urge you to pick up the phone. I know it’s difficult: I sat there and debated, wondered what I was going to say, thought of all the other things I could spend the money on, was it going to be worth it?

Well just take the plunge anyway. Invest in the most important thing: YOURSELF and strap yourself in for the journey. You won’t regret it. Promise.
