Coaching For Coaches

Coaching For Coaches

I help fellow coaches to develop effective coaching skills AND build a fulfilling coaching business

I wanted a deeper peace and confidence in my ability to run a successful coaching practice. I found I had reflected back to me qualities that will help me as a coach. I realized that my playfulness is not so much a distraction but actually a part of my character that I can use. It was also good to be reminded of my courageous side: where I’ve come from and the resources I have.

Corrina is a perceptive and astute coach in whose company I felt free to be playful and creative with a range of problems – from deeper emotional issues to very practical aspects of my life. We met in the Botanic Gardens and I liked the way we used physical metaphors (using plants and things around us) as well as using silence and stillness, to find meaningful answers from within.

Corrina helped me to develop my personal resources in new ways, using them to overcome obstacles to peace and productivity. I’ve found greater acceptance that power lies in small steps, patience and self-belief. I’ve been encouraged to persevere in actions to reduce anxiety and increase well-being.

I have lots to work with now, and a sense of momentum that will last as I get on with setting up a new business and other adventures in my life.

Thank you Corrina!

How Can Coaching Help?

Our sessions give you the opportunity to answer these questions:

Why do you want to be a coach? What’s the big picture?

Who are you passionate about working with? And why?

What’s your niche? And your unique brand?

How do you get clients YOUR way?

How do you manage your time and create work/play balance?

How much should you charge?

We get as creative and ‘out of the box’ as you dare in terms of how you want to develop your services and market yourself, and explore how you are going to keep yourself motivated and inspired throughout the journey.

The beauty of coaching is that you will discover how to 1) be a coach, and 2) run a coaching business – without being told. The experience of being coached on these topics enables you to move your business forward AND learn coaching strategies which you can use with your own clients.

Sessions are initially booked in a journey of ten, with frequency depending on your preference:

2 per month = £150

3 per month = £225

4 per month = £300

Sessions take place by phone, or in person if you live in Cambridge (UK); each session is 45 minutes, plus many clients love to use email as a way of checking in with accountability, challenges and celebrations between sessions.

Over the past few years I’ve had sessions with numerous coaches and, without doubt, Corrina stands out from the crowd for some very positive reasons. Her alertness and her sensitive, often playful, curiosity to reach the truth are amongst her key strengths.

In America?

The time difference between here and the USA is generally 8 hours (Pacific) and 5 hours (Eastern). Transatlantic sessions are easy to schedule. I have a calling plan which allows cheap calls to the USA and it is possible to use this so that you do not need to worry about long-distance call charges.

Trained/Training with CTI?

Great – me too.

I trained with CTI from 2005 – 2007, through the Core Curriculum (Fundamentals, Fulfillment, Balance, Process & In The Bones) and Certification.

I subsequently assisted with each course, in some cases several times. I have an in-depth understanding of – and continual  love for – the co-active model. You can also find me participating in discussions on the Coactive Network.

With me as your coactive coach, you have the opportunity to reflect on the approaches I use during your sessions – either built-in to the end of our sessions, or in separate sessions. We can design our coaching to provide the greatest experiential learning for you.

Click here for a short video of me on the CTI website, explaining why I think this is such a special profession.

CTI Coaches in Certification

I loved the Certification journey – rich with learning, challenges, and insights. We can design our coaching to follow the course content so that whatever topic you bring to a session, you’ll get an experience of it being addressed using the context, principle, cornerstone or skill that you’re focusing on that week.

All coaches on the CTI Certification course need to complete at least six hours of coaching with their own Certified coach and can count up to 12 hours towards their programme requirements. This works out at £600 if you opt for the minimum (eight sessions) and £1,200 for the maximum (16 sessions).

When I first approached you, I felt disempowered by seemingly conflicting values. Hiring you wasn’t about getting me onto a horse and riding off, it wasn’t about ambition. It was instead about surrendering and getting to the heart of things. It was an act of compassion to myself to begin the coaching.

Our connection grew and matured effortlessly which allowed exactly what I was hoping for – deep processing, new discoveries and shifts in my thinking that I could take into my life and apply with great success. I was surprised at how creatively attuned we could both be, how the space we co-created invited big insights so easily and how strong and solid our alliance became.

I learned a huge amount from you, Corrina. I really got how powerful and creative co-activity is.

You are a wonderful coach with a great capacity to hold big transformations for your clients. I am impressed by your way of balancing deep intuition and sharp curiosity which opens up great conversations fuelled by very powerful questions. I found this balance to be the bedrock of our process and the fluidity in which we could work. It gave me the clarity to choose this work purely for my own enjoyment, as opposed to wanting to get certified for logistical purposes.

You have supported my self-discovery with your compassionate curiosity which is authentic and truly devoid of directive agendas. I now feel much more centred and grounded. I feel like an elder. It’s been a peaceful, honouring relationship. It’s truly been a meeting of two wise women and I have deep gratitude for that.

Credentials

I am a CPCC (Certified Professional Coactive Coach, Coach Training Institute) and ACC (Associate Certified Coach, International Coach Federation).

Here is a letter of support for my ACC credential:

I am honored to be writing in support of Corrina’s ACC application.  I fully support her receiving this credential. Having supervised her in her Certification program as she pursued CTI’s CPCC designation, I listened in depth to her work. If I hadn’t known otherwise, I would have assumed she would be going for a PCC credential at this point and have no question that she coaches above the ACC level. I recommend her heartily and without reservation for the ACC credential.
